Tri Zones Training is an Austin, Texas based triathlon training group. Tri Zones has training programs throughout the year to help you attain your fitness goals.



Spring Training Programs

Join us for our training programs this spring!  Whether you’re training for a sprint triathlon, such as Danskin, or an Ironman, Tri Zones is here to help you stay motivated, build camaraderie, and meet your triathlon goals Click on the programs below for more details.


TRIATHLON

Beginner – We’ll help you get ready for Danskin, Skeese Greets Women’s Tri, and Rookie!

Intermediate and Advanced – Prepare for your spring races and build the foundation for your summer triathlon season

    Prepare for spring races, including the Texas Tri Series. Sprint, Olympic, ahd Half Iron tracks
  • Peak Performance
    More advanced training, including
    Olympic and Half Iron distances.

    Join our team training for IMFL, IM
    Cozumel, IMCdA.

SWIMMING

Weekly swim classes
Improve your swim technique in our weekly swim classes

Swim Clinics
Three-hour clinics will give you hands-on guidance to improve your swim technique; includes videotape analysis

Peak Performance Add-On to Intermediate Spring Training Programs

Start: 04/01/2010 - 18:30
Meeting Times: Thursdays @ 6:30 PM - 8:30 PM
Location(s): Vary based on the nature of the workout.
Who: For athletes who would like to achieve peak performance with a more aggressive training regimen.  Ideal for those who are training for Lonestar 70.3, Buffalo Springs 70.3, and/or Longhorn 70.3.  Also recommended for those who are beginning their 2010 Ironman training.

Women's Spring Triathlon Training Session, Lakeway Team - TRI, TRI AGAIN

Start: 03/27/2010 - 07:30
Meeting Times: Tuesdays and Thursdays @ 9:00am - 11:00am, and some Saturday mornings in May
Location(s): Will include areas around Lakeway, Steiner Ranch, Mansfield Dam Park, Decker Lake
Who: Lakeway/Steiner Women's training team - TRI, TRI AGAIN


Women's Spring Triathlon Training Session, Lakeway Team - FIRST TRI
