TRIATHLON

Beginner – We’ll help you get ready for Danskin, Skeese Greets Women’s Tri, and Rookie!

Intermediate and Advanced – Prepare for your spring races and build the foundation for your summer triathlon season

    Prepare for spring races, including the Texas Tri Series. Sprint, Olympic, ahd Half Iron tracks
  • Peak Performance
    More advanced training, including
    Olympic and Half Iron distances.

    Join our team training for IMFL, IM

Weekly swim classes
Improve your swim technique in our weekly swim classes

Pre-Season Tune-Up -- Beginners

Cycling up that hill! Triathlons are fun, and so is training with Tri Zones! Our Beginner Pre-Season Tune-Up is for those who are new to the world of triathlons -- you've never done a triathlon before and may even be brand new to fitness. Or perhaps you've participated in one or two tri's, but you still consider yourself a beginner. We fully embrace newbies of all speeds and abilities in this program! This 4-week program will ease you into training while helping you improve your fitness and develop your skills.

Locations: 
North and South teams (click on team name below to see locations)
At the group workouts: 
We'll focus on base-building through fitness and conditioning, including running/walking and core strength exercises
Training calendar: 
Will include swim, bike, and run workouts for the other days of the week

We will help you establish a solid base of fitness so you can begin preparing for the Danskin Women's TriathlonSkeese Greets Women's Tri or The Rookie.
