Tri Zones Training

We are about to start a running and core strength group in my neighborhood, Grandview Hills -- not too far up the road from you (just behind the Home Depot, just past 2222). Here's the link with the details.

I'm looking to start one in Steiner, too, if I can get enough interest -- we need about 10 people for it to make. 

So that gives you a few options: 

• Join us at Grandview Hills
• Get enough people to help us form a team in Steiner (maybe 5-6 Lakeway folks, plus 5-6 Steiner folks)
• Get enough people to help us form a team in Lakeway (about 10 people)

I've been thinking about you and would love to work with you again!

We'd be able to start a weekday morning training group in Lakeway if we can get at least ten people.

I'd be interested in joining a training group in Lakeway. It would depend on the scheduled time and day of the week but I might be able to adjust my work schedule.

If you all can really do it, we may be up to 5 women now, so we'd need to only find 5 more women!

Let me know what works best for you, probably from 9:00 - 11:00am

Mon-Wed mornings
Tue-Thu mornings
Wed-Fri mornings

If all of you can make it, I may list it on the web site as a "tentative" and see how many inquiries I receive on it...!
